Interesting. I put in my card and had to type in my zip. That seems like a very low barrier to auth me on the credit card. I wonder when I’ll see more of that at the check out. You can contrast that with the places like walgreens that dont even make you sign for less that $20.

They’ve been doing that for about 3 years in Houston… I think they’ve been doing it becuase a full tank of gas can cost upwards of $80 for premium… which is a far cry from the $20 at Walgreens… :)
