I had the same thing happen to me. I upgraded to Wordpress 2.5 and cleared out all the offending entries (iframes mostly), then I applied for a review. I watched my Google Webmaster Tools page closely for a week, and noticed that my site was cleared. Then, a couple days later, it was back in the list again. Sure enough, there was more badware stuck in a post on my blog’s front page. There wasn’t a newer WordPress available at the time, so I changed the password for the admin user for WordPress and I haven’t seen any problem since.
